We’re just one week away from Donek Days at Copper Mountain, held alongside the USASA National Championships—and we couldn’t be more excited.

For nine straight days (March 27 – April 4), the Donek team will be on snow, demoing boards, supporting riders, and celebrating the snowboard community that makes this event so special.

Whether you’re competing, spectating, or just riding Copper, here’s everything you can experience with Donek during the week:

1. Demo a Donek or Martin Snowboard

This is your chance to ride what sets Donek apart.

We’ll have 25+ snowboard models available to demo—from alpine carving machines to freeride shapes. Whether you’re curious about custom boards or looking to refine your setup, our team will get you dialed in.

All you need:

  • A signed waiver
  • Your boots
  • Bindings with a 4×4 bolt pattern

You’ll also get to meet the Donek build team—the people behind the craftsmanship—who will help set up your ride and walk you through each model.

2. Try an Alpine (Hardboot) Setup

Ever wondered what it feels like to carve on an alpine board?

Now’s your chance to step into a hardboot setup and experience the precision and power of alpine riding. Our dedicated alpine demo tent will have everything you need to give it a go.

3. Ride with Ryan Knapton & the Donek Ambassadors

Meet some of the most respected riders in the carving world—including Ryan Knapton, known for his smooth, powerful, and unmistakable carving style.

Joining Ryan will be Donek ambassadors:

  • Mellen Jay
  • Mason Webb
  • Henry Li
  • Brendan Cook

Talk gear, share turns, and maybe even take a few laps with some of the best in the game.

4. Win a Martin Snowboard Prototype

Every rider who demos a board during Donek Days will be automatically entered to win a Martin Snowboard prototype.

5. Compete on a Donek or Martin Snowboard

Competing at Nationals? Donek offers overnight demo checkouts for athletes—so you can compete on the right setup.

This is a courtesy program designed to support riders. To keep it fair and available to everyone, please follow these guidelines:

Overnight Checkout Rules

  • Boards available starting at 3:30 PM
    (No early checkouts—this ensures fair daytime access)
  • Daily demos end around 2:30 PM
  • First come, first served
    No reservations—line up at 3:30 PM for selection
  • Return immediately after your event
    Even if your event ends early, boards must be returned right away
    (Multi-day events require a new checkout each day)
  • Parent or legal guardian required for checkout
    Must provide valid ID, phone number, and address
    (No third-party checkouts)
